The First Month

Today, Emelia is one month old... which is VERY hard to believe. Time has FLOWN by! Sleep is still scarce; we have good nights and not-so-good nights. We're pretty used to it by now, and when we're woken by our daughter, we cherish every opportunity to look at her beautiful little face.

She moves her head from side to side and holds it up for a good amount of time; she laughs in her sleep (we're talking body-shaking giggles); she loves bathtime and scoots her body as low as she can go in the water.
